At Green Grass Kids Garments, we want your little ones to look their best! We strive to deliver your orders safely and timely. Please read our shipping and return guidelines below.

🚚 Shipping Policy

1. Coverage Areas

  • We ship across India via reputed courier partners.

  • Local Delivery: For customers within Erode, we offer same-day or next-day delivery (via local partners) or store pickup options.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders placed via WhatsApp are processed within 24 hours after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or Public Holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

3. Delivery Timelines

  • Tamil Nadu: 2 - 3 business days.

  • Rest of India: 4 - 7 business days depending on the location.

  • Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors like weather or courier delays.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping charges apply based on the weight of the package and destination.

  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders above ₹2000.

5. Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, we will share the Tracking ID or Courier details via WhatsApp so you can track your package.

🔄 Return & Exchange Policy

We understand that sizing for kids can sometimes be tricky. We offer a hassle-free exchange process. We accept exchange and replace product will be deliver 5-7 days

1. Eligibility for Exchange

  • You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all price tags and labels intact.

  • The original invoice/bill must be provided.

2. Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Accessories (socks, hairbands, etc.), innerwear, and items purchased during a Clearance Sale or Special Offer are not eligible for return or exchange.

3. The Exchange Process

  • Step 1: Contact us on WhatsApp (90806 76806) with your Order ID and a photo of the product you wish to exchange.

  • Step 2: Once approved, please ship the product back to our store address in Erode.

    • Note: Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.

  • Step 3: Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we will dispatch the new size or style of your choice.

4. Refunds

  • No Cash Refunds: We do not offer cash refunds. If you do not like any other product immediately, we can issue a Credit Note (valid for 3 months) for your next purchase.

  • Defective Items: In the rare case of a manufacturing defect, we will replace the item for free. If a replacement is not available, full refund amount will be process and credited to your original payment mode within 5-7 business days.
