You can print these on the back of your invoices or display them at the billing counter to avoid disputes.

TERMS OF EXCHANGE & SALES

1. Exchange Policy: Goods once sold will not be taken back for cash refunds. Exchanges are allowed within 7 days of purchase.

2. Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition—unwashed, unworn, and with all price tags/labels intact.

3. Bill Mandatory: Please present the original bill/invoice at the time of exchange.

4. Sale Items: Items purchased during "Sales," "Offers," or "Discount Periods" are final and cannot be exchanged or returned.

5. Defects: Please check the garment thoroughly before purchasing. We are not responsible for damage (zippers, buttons, stone work) or color bleeding after the garment has been washed or used.

6. Timings: Exchange hours are from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Mon-Sat).
